What We Set Out to Achieve

We were appointed to support The Crescent with a hyper-focused strategy aimed at reaching a part of the market that’s often difficult to pinpoint through traditional marketing.

While the building offers large floor-plates, the client wanted to target 20–38 desk occupiers, an audience not typically surfaced through standard leasing activity.

Working closely with the client and leasing team, we built targeting criteria centred on employee count and businesses currently based in local serviced offices. From this, we created a verified data list of 159 companies and engaged directly with key decision makers to maximise reach and conversion.
