What We Set Out to Achieve

We were brought in to support the leasing push for Momentum’s industrial scheme, taking a targeted, operational-needs-led approach. The smaller units required a distinct strategy, as their ideal occupiers differed from the larger units. To ensure precision, we split the project into two campaigns, each focused on audiences aligned to the space’s USP’s and specifications.

For units 1 & 2, we targeted businesses whose operational demands matched the building’s advantages, including jetty access for waste management, plastics, packaging and logistics operations, and companies needing motorway connectivity or enhanced power. We layered in lease-led signals, prioritising organisations within 20 miles occupying 30,000–80,000 sq ft with a lease break or expiry in two years. This ensured we reached occupiers with the right requirements at the right time.
