What We Set Out to Achieve

We were appointed to support the leasing push for Momentum’s larger industrial units, taking a precision-led approach tailored to their operational strengths. Unlike the smaller units, these spaces required a strategy aimed at high-demand occupiers with substantial operational needs.

For Units 3 & 4, we targeted businesses whose size and activity aligned with the building’s key advantages, including jetty access for transportation, machinery, and construction sectors, motorway connectivity for wholesale, retail, and food production, and enhanced power for broadcast media, utilities, and electronics. Lease-led signals ensured we reached companies occupying 80,000–185,000 sq ft within 20 miles, with upcoming breaks or expiries, connecting the right occupiers at the right time.
