New CRM Features: Assign Leads, Add Labels & More
From day one, our mission has been to evolve Propaign into a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for and we’d like to share the latest step in that journey.
We have recently launched a number of new CRM features within Propaign, designed to streamline how you manage and engage with your leads. These updates are the result of in-house innovation combined with valuable user feedback, and they aim to make your life easier.
So, what’s new? We’ve broken down Propaign’s new CRM features below for easy navigation.
Assign Leads:
Assign leads to specific agents, simplifying communication management and accountability across your team.
Add Labels:
Tag leads based on their communication status. For example, leads displaying strong interest signals can be marked as ‘Follow Up’ prompting you to prioritise them during your next session.
Set Up Instant Alerts:
Activate (and deactivate) notifications from Propaign, not only allowing you to jump on every lead as soon as they have converted, but also giving you the freedom to monitor your campaign based on real-time prompts from Propaign.
Expand Lead Overview:
Clicking into an individual lead opens a detailed profile containing all the essential information you need. From this view, you'll find contact details, agent assignments, and current lead status. Where applicable you’ll also find their DiSC profile (providing a personality snapshot to help tailor your communication style for more effective interactions) and valuable company data, including details like employee headcount and lease information, giving you deeper context for each lead.
Add & Save Notes:
Each lead profile includes a dedicated Notes section where you can maintain a detailed log of interactions, ideal for tracking progress or ensuring smooth handovers between team members.
View Activity:
The final tab, Activity, provides insights into each lead’s engagement with your campaign. View which HTML assets they’ve interacted with, helping you identify your most effective content and refine future strategies accordingly.
These new features are all about giving you more clarity, better tools, and a smoother experience when managing your campaigns. With everything now integrated into one space, Propaign makes it easier than ever to handle your full lead journey, from discovery to conversion.
