Ben has over 25 years’ experience at the forefront of commercial property marketing, partnering with agents and landlords to rebrand, reposition and successfully bring high-specification office and industrial spaces to market. He is particularly passionate about the relationship between buildings and the people who use them, and how thoughtful brand experience can enhance this connection to drive productivity and workplace satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Ben has delivered some of the industry’s most respected office building brands and marketing campaigns. He now plays a key advisory role to the Propaign team, guiding strategic positioning and campaign ideation.

Sitting across both product and marketing, she works closely with the development team to bring new features to life, focused on delivering a more intelligent, insight-led approach to occupier targeting.

With a background as Head of Marketing at an established multi-disciplinary marketing agency and experience within an international FTSE property firm, she brings a strong commercial perspective to how Propaign is built, positioned, and continuously improved.

Enya Wootton is a Campaign Manager at Propaign, helping deliver data-led commercial property campaigns that connect our client's space with the right occupiers through smarter targeting and personalised outreach. With experience spanning multi-channel marketing, content, and design, she supports the day-to-day execution of campaigns, while also working on the evolution of Propaign’s product and user experience.

Enya’s background blends practical marketing delivery with an understanding of what drives occupier interest and decision-making, helping make property marketing clearer, more relevant, and easier to act on.
